    All VPN servers have been migrated to the latest distro. If you have any issues connecting please create a support ticket by emailing support@dnamobility.net

    Migrations for clients VPN servers are going as planned, users will receive email notifications once their instance has been migrated. Please note VPN clients will need to download the new OpenVPN client to their system to be able to connect to the new servers.

    DNA Mobility will be moving all HPN VPN servers to the latest distro and upgrading the OpenVPN service to the latest stable release.

    With this HPN Clients will need to upgrade their local client installation to the latest version to be able to access the new servers. This updated client will be available once the server update has been completed. Please advice your users that they will need to open a browser and log into the HPN VPN custom URL to download the new version after the server upgrade.

    We are expecting about 1 hour or less of downtime per server while the server is upgraded and settings are migrated.

    The migration of each server will happen at some point in the 24 hour maintenance window on the 9th of December starting at 9:00 AM CST.

    Please contact support@dnamobility.net if the deployment date does not work for you or if you wish to migrate the server sooner.
